Yellowbeak, the Yellowbeak logo, Words First, and related names and marks are trademarks or trade dress of Yellowbeak. You may not use them in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without our prior written permission.

4. Feedback and communications

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant Yellowbeak a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use and incorporate them without restriction or compensation. Yellowbeak’s total liability for all claims arising from or related to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). 9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Rhode Island, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
